The Custom Mylar Bags may preserve and disclose Content if required by law or to (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of The Custom Mylar Bags, its users, and the public.
The Custom Mylar Bags will provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you require higher resolution design files, please contact sales@thecustommylarbags.com for a quote.
Artwork, designs, and images should be submitted in CMYK format and at a minimum of 300 DPI. The Custom Mylar Bags is not responsible for color changes resulting from conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. We are also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.
Every print job requires customer approval of the final design and job specification sheets. After an order is placed, final proofs of artwork and job specification sheets will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all information in the specification sheet, including deadlines for delivery and production time. The Custom Mylar Bags is not liable for specifications and requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. Additionally, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the final proof for design and spelling issues. Once the design is approved, the files and job specifications will be sent to the production department and printed accordingly.
The Custom Mylar Bags will reproduce colors from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee color match and density due to limitations in the printing process and different properties of printing surfaces. We recommend ordering a hardcopy proof if you require precise color reproduction. The Custom Mylar Bags is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual printed product.
You agree to indemnify and defend The Custom Mylar Bags, its licensors, suppliers, and their directors, officers, and employees against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand related to any text, photograph, image, graphics, or other material you incorporate into products that was not part of the standard site content.
The Custom Mylar Bags will cancel your order before printing and shipping. If the item has already been delivered, it cannot be canceled. Orders can be canceled at different stages of production, but cancellation fees will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation fees.
After a design-related service has been ordered and the order is successfully placed, no refunds are available.
All sales are final because each order is unique. If we make an error in text or design, we will correct or reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Customers must notify The Custom Mylar Bags within 3 business days of order delivery if they discover defects, damage, or missing items in the delivered products. The Custom Mylar Bags will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not reported within 3 business days of delivery. To be eligible for replacement products, customers must return (at their expense) at least 99% of their ordered items within 10 days from the original delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written return authorization from The Custom Mylar Bags.
The Custom Mylar Bags offers the following product options:
Standard (Shipping Time Not Guaranteed): Delivered in 10 to 14 business days following the final approval of proofs. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Priority: Guaranteed to be shipped after 8 working days. Delivered within 8 business days following the final proof approval.
Express: Guaranteed to arrive in 6 days or less. Delivered within 6 business days after the final proof approval.
Please note that delivery schedules are calculated based on estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history. The Custom Mylar Bags will make every effort to meet delivery schedules but is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
The Custom Mylar Bags observes specific holidays, and our operations may be affected on these days. Please take into account holiday observances when planning your orders.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their packaging for evidence of damaged or lost items before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, customers should notify The Custom Mylar Bags and the delivery courier immediately. Claims for damage or missing items must be filed within 3 business days of order delivery. The Custom Mylar Bags is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
This site and its contents are provided “as is” without any warranty, whether implied or expressed, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operation of the site may not be continuous or error-free.

* Content Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content present in the attached file. This involves verifying text, graphics, and any other visual elements for any errors or inconsistencies.
* Printing Authorization: Your approval indicates your consent for us to proceed with the printing of the mailer Box. Once the printing process begins, any changes might incur additional costs and delays.
We would like to bring to your attention that, given the custom-made nature of your order, we will not issue any refunds. Our commitment is to provide you with a high-quality product that aligns with your specifications. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are more than willing to address the issue through a replacement process. However, refunds will not be available for custom orders.
Upon receiving your product, we kindly request that you inspect it thoroughly within a period of 3 days. If you discover any damage or receive the wrong product during this inspection period, please provide us with clear evidence of the issue. We will be happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. It’s important to note that replacement requests made after the 3-day inspection period will not be considered valid. These clauses are designed to clarify the terms and conditions regarding refunds and the timeframe for inspection and replacement, ensuring a transparent and fair process for both parties.
